Exercise is FREE therapy & an energy booster, don't say I didn't tell ya!

Hi, I hope you're having a great day. Well as for me I'm feeling replenished. I just came from what I like to call therapy (exercising). Can you believe I made a mistake and left my head phones home? I was forced to become one with nature like no other. I will admit I thought hummm maybe I should stop off and grab some cheap ones but, i decided against it. I'm one that likes to think everything happens for a reason so, I took it as maybe I needed the quiet time to clear my head of all the noise and achieve complete silence. If you have not guessed by now yes today I took on cardio. I more than anything like to do my cardio outdoor when I'm going for long distances. Living in Miami it gets hot out there but, I'm starting to think I like the torture. I just keep going back for more.

Moving on to the real topic lol. I wanted to pretty much bring awareness to the fit-life style, what it means to me and how it can help you in more ways than you think. Everyone likes confidence whether it's you exuding it or taking it in from someone else. Now, we all know building up confidence comes not only from our inner being but, also from our outer appearance. It comes back to my one of my fave quotes "If you look good, you feel good". To me working out is a two in one for me because, it helps me to feel good both mentally and physically. Another thing I want to point out to the ladies is a key to being able to werk those heels is to workout that body. Your joints have to be strong so your ankles don't crack under pressure. We all see those ladies after a night in the club doing the crip walk back to the car.... don't be one of them. The best benefit to me of it all is that when you sweat you also release nasty toxins from the skin. This in turn can believe it or not help with acne. The more you keep you pores free of clogging the better you skin will be at releasing daily build up and keeping it out.

Physical fitness is also know to improve your life span by many years and most importantly keep you moving while your living those years. This improvement comes in many ways in the form of keeping your heart pumping at healthy rates with good blood flow, your lungs able to obtain great wind, combating diseases, and your legs nice and strong. Many don't seem to think about this other half but, life expectancy also rises when you keep your stress levels down. Working out reduces stress and increase your mental well being. When you workout your body releases endorphins and enhance your mood. It's not a coincidence when you finish working out you tend to feel positive vibes and great energy. It's the body doing its magic.

The moral of the story is if you take care of your body your body will in turn take care of you!
