Shrimp & Conch Stir Fry

  • shrimp

  • conch

  • white onion

  • whole yellow bell pepper

  • whole red bell pepper

  • whole green bell pepper

  • kosher salt

  • fresh ground black pepper

  • garlic powder

  • olive oil

  • all purpose seasoning

  • small amount of honey (optional)

  • cayenne pepper


0. Prep all protein and veggies as pictured above

1. In a medium saute pan on the side add in shrimp and conch.

2. Season protein with garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, a little salt, and pepper.

3. Preheat your stove to a low setting; once stove is warmed begin cooking the meat.

4. Stir fry protein so it doesn't stick to the pan, once done set aside.

5. In the same pan add vegetables and stir fry with about a table spoon of olive oil.

6. Once vegetables are done add protein back into pan.

7. Turn stove to a low setting

8. Try out a sample (if more seasoning is needed add to taste)

9. When taste is to your liking drizzle pan with honey and mix well Note: Recipe is good with or without honey, you can also substitute the honey for lemon juice.

10. Let cool and serve.
