For an ultimate vibe situated 50 stories high, head to Whisper Cocktail Lounge at W Miami. The lounge offers special prices during happy hour Wednesday through Saturday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. As the sunset begins to hit the gorgeous city, the DJs turn up the atmosphere and the party goes until 2:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. One of the more popular rooftop bar scene during happy hour, Area 31 is located on the 16th floor of the Epic Hotel in downtown, Miami. The ambiance is set with a live DJ by the pool and the stunning city views of the happening Brickell Avenue skyline to the south and Biscayne Bay to the east.
