How about this hidden Gem. Benihana's twin brother lol. Blue Ginger is located in Miramar, FL right off of I-75. Blue Ginger Seafood Steakhouse is a traditional Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse, with the Japanese style of cooking known as Teppanyaki. At blue Ginger you also have the option of sitting at the chefs table surrounding an iron griddle as the chef prepares food in front of you putting on an amazing performance with knife flying, fire blazing skills. If you're not feeling festive and want a more private setting dine in tables are available as well. With $8 cocktails and large portioned entrees this is a steal. Blue Ginger is compared to Benihana because it has the same Japanese atmosphere except it comes all under a vibrant blue light. The meal above is the "Habachi Chicken" dinner portion for just $13!
