Located in Midtown Bar Louie has you covered for just $1 you can get a scrumptious burger all you can eat from 5 p.m. until closing time at 2 a.m. There is a bit of stipulation the burger is served plain and toppings are an additional charge ($0.25 - $0.75), however all you need is a little cheese and some free ketchup and mustard. The patty's are seasoned well.
